I'm an enterprise AI strategist working across Europe. Before that I ran manufacturing in Shenzhen, built a consumer brand in Sweden, sold fintech in London, and farmed livestock in Indiana. The thread is complex systems in unfamiliar environments - which turns out to be useful preparation for working with AI, since the environment changes every quarter.
I write about AI thinking and collaboration. I build things to test what I think I know. Both feed each other: the writing gets sharper when the building goes wrong, and the building gets more ambitious when the writing forces me to be specific about what I believe.
